How To Download Ayushman Card

  1. Visit the official website of Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY) at https://pmjay.gov.in/.

How To Download Ayushman Card

  1. Click on the “Am I Eligible” tab on the top menu bar and enter your mobile number or ration card number or SECC (Socio-Economic Caste Census) name or RSBY (Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana) URN number or PMJAY ID to check your eligibility for the scheme.
  2. If you are eligible for the scheme, click on the “Download e-card” option.
  3. Enter your mobile number and captcha code and click on the “Generate OTP” button.
  4. Enter the OTP received on your mobile number and click on the “Verify OTP” button.
  5. Your Ayushman Card will be generated and displayed on the screen.
  6. You can download and take a printout of your Ayushman Card for future reference.
