How To Download Ayushman Card
- Visit the official website of Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY) at https://pmjay.gov.in/.
- Click on the “Am I Eligible” tab on the top menu bar and enter your mobile number or ration card number or SECC (Socio-Economic Caste Census) name or RSBY (Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana) URN number or PMJAY ID to check your eligibility for the scheme.
- If you are eligible for the scheme, click on the “Download e-card” option.
- Enter your mobile number and captcha code and click on the “Generate OTP” button.
- Enter the OTP received on your mobile number and click on the “Verify OTP” button.
- Your Ayushman Card will be generated and displayed on the screen.
- You can download and take a printout of your Ayushman Card for future reference.
Note: You can also obtain your Ayushman Card by visiting the nearest empanelled hospital or Common Service Center (CSC) or Ayushman Mitra.

Ayushman Card Beneficiary List
