Attention . All UCL VLEs ! You are Requested To Strictly Follow the Uidai Guidelines as the Concerned authorities are Doing Surprise Field Visits To Inspect The UCL Centers. Anybody Found Violating the Guidelines will be dealt with strict action. Display the UIDAI Rate Chart both inside and outside of Your Center. Any case of Overcharging will lead to Suspension and penalty as applicable by UIDAI.

While enrolling any resident please ensure that documents are properly scanned (Clear copy) and attached in Order as per the document type (POI/POA). Also details entered should exactly match which the given documents.

CCTV Camera, Token Machine, Wheelchair and ramp should be available and Functional at the Center.

Minimum 5 Resident Seating and washroom facility should be available at the UCL Center.
