CSC Bharat Net Monitoring Application is Now On Google Play Store
For delivering ceaseless Internet services and maintaining last mile connectivity, all VLEs of CSC Wi-Fi Choupal can now download CSC BharatNet Monitoring Application from Google Play Store.
The application will provide resolution to all issues associated with BharatNet Gram Panchayats. Tickets raised on occurrence of any disruption of Internet connectivity can be managed efficiently here. On clearance of these issues, VLEs can update the ticket status and update about the recommencement of Internet services.
VLEs can also provide information about their fiber restoration teams (FRT) which are engaged in fiber restoration and maintenance work.
