Bharat Bill Payment Service through CSC
Bharat bill payment system(BBPS) is the unified umbrella of the National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI). BBPS offers interoperable bill payment services to customers through a network of agents, enabling multiple payment modes and instant payment confirmation. It offers various bill collection categories like electricity, mobile, broadband and landline, DTH, gas, water bills, etc. through a single window. In 2017, the Reserve Bank of India accorded a license to CSC SPV for functioning as Bharat Bill Payment Operating Unit (BBPOU), enabling CSCs to collect various utility bills of multiple billers.

Process Flow
- Go to the Digital Seva Portal and login through your CSC ID and Password.
- Click on the Product Category for Bill Payment (eg. Broadband, Electricity, Water, Mobile, FASTag, DTH, Insurance, etc.).
- Select the Biller for Payment.
- Make the Payment.
